We take Zelle Cash App, Venmo, Crypto payments (Bitcoin), MoneyGram and Bank Wire Transfer.
Do you provide a tracking number?
When we dispatch an order we send you an email with the order’s shipping confirmation including its track and the link where to track it.
How long does it take to receive my order?
It depends on the warehouse you are buying from, USA Warehouse ETA is 3-7 days. International and Europe take from 10 to 31 days.

How do I change my shipping address?
Login to your account, find your order and if it wasn’t shipped yet when you can edit your shipping address. You can also contact us by opening a ticket and we will change the shipping address for you.
I placed my order! When will it be shipped?
All orders are shipped out within 1-7 business days. Please accept our apologies for the shipping delay. I am not getting any reply from you

My ordered is cancelled but I’ve sent the payment
In this case, you should provide the Transaction ID (HASH). You can find it in your wallet by viewing the transaction in Block Explorer. It seems there is a difference in price and the system didn’t detect your payment.
How much is shipping?
Please Note: We are shipping from different warehouses around the USA. Each warehouse has a separate shipping cost. We would advise you to order from the same warehouse to avoid multiple shipping costs.
